Architectural Cladding Installer

Overview
We are seeking skilled Installers/labourers to join our team, from apprentice level to journeyman. As an Installer/labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. Experience with aluminium composite (ACM) panels is an asset.

Duties

• Install air vapour barriers, flashings, adjustable sub-girts, exterior insulation, preformed metal cladding and ACM panels according to specifications and blueprints.
• Ensure all installations are plumb and level, adhering to industry standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
• Adhere to company safety policies.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Able to work at heights.
• Physically demanding job.
• Ability to lift 50+lbs.

Skills

• Competence in using hand tools and various power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Hard working, detail oriented.
• Experience in construction/cladding is an asset.

Additional:

• Valid certificates: CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform - courses will be provided for a suitable candidate, but having them is an asset.
• Own transportation to and from site needed.
• Providing own basic hand tools is required.
