This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Calibration/Workshop Repair Technician/Electrician to join our team. The role is responsible for overseeing and prioritising workshop calibration and repair processes while supporting electrical field service teams on-site with a broad range of electrical works as required. Reporting to the Office Manager, this position is based at our Campbelltown office.
About the role:
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of workshop and field activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Calibrating electrical and electronic instruments
- Testing insulated safety equipment
- Repairing and maintaining variable speed drives and soft starters
- Travelling to job sites and performing testing as required
- Preparing and completing test and inspection reports

About You:
- The successful applicant should ideally have:
- Demonstrated calibration experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to complete reports using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment and independently
- Well-developed organisational skills and problem-solving ability
- Experience repairing variable speed drives and soft starters
- A current driver’s licence
- An electrician or engineering licence (advantageous)
- A forklift driver’s licence (preferred)
