Key Responsibilities
- Complete thorough preâtrip and postâtrip inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
- Secure all loads according to company, industry, and safety standards.
- Deliver trusses and building materials, including operating craning equipment when required.
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
- Operate all equipment in accordance with company guidelines and provincial regulations.
- Maintain delivery timelines and communicate proactively about delays or route changes.
- Represent All Fab Group with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong customerâservice mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 1A driver’s license with air endorsement.
- Experience delivering trusses or building materials (preferred).
- Skilled in operating a manual 13âspeed transmission.
- Strong knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
- Experience with craning and wide loads is an asset.
- Clean driving abstract and a strong commitment to safety.
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions with precision.
- Excellent timeâmanagement skills and the ability to work independently.
