General Labourer

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects by performing manual tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Prepare work sites by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies
• Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
• Operate hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
• Support team members in completing projects on time and according to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
• Reliable transportation is beneficial for punctuality and attendance
