About the Role:
Working for a highly regarded Construction Manager, we are looking for a Snr HVAC Technician with experience in commissioning or a HVAC Commissioning Technician to join our well-established, friendly team working across the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area on commercial projects.
What will I be doing?
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record within the Australian HVAC market:
Site start-up / implementation / commissioning
Working with Project Managers as to commissioning schedule
Testing and balancing of air and water distribution systems for HVAC plant
Fault finding, diagnosis, reporting and rectification of issues
Coordinate with suppliers with regards to technical details
Liaise and coordinate onsite commissioning subcontractor requirements
Creation / implementation of Standard Operating & Maintenance Manuals
Mentoring and coaching team members
Ensure awareness and practice of WHS compliance
About You:
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick Licence)
White Card
Current NSW Drivers Licence
Good communication skills with a strong customer focus
Effective interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trusting and respectful relationships at all levels
Ability to manage a wide range of projects and to adapt to unique and challenging environments
A strong desire to accept a challenge and deliver results
