What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll apply your HVAC expertise primarily in a service-focused capacity, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining heating and cooling systems across residential and light commercial environments.

You’ll work independently in the field, responding to service calls, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service
• Wants consistent service work rather than strictly installs

What We’re Looking For

• 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic (or equivalent)
• Valid G2 Gas Technician License (G1 considered an asset)
• Strong experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues independently
• Experience working with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License
