Industrial Electrician

Grand River Pellet Ltd., located in St. Leonard, is seeking to fill an Electrician position with a reliable and motivated individuals who have a positive attitude toward teamwork.

• Preventive maintenance
• Maintain and install electrical equipment

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology, Instrumentation & Control Technology, or Electromechanics
• Holding an Industrial Electrician Red Seal certification would be an asset
• Required experience: 2 to 5 years in an industrial environment (as an electrician)
• Knowledge or experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and various control systems
• Bilingualism is considered an asset
• Strong ability to plan, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Quick learner
• Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and leadership
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation
