Cleaver-Brooks Canada Packaged Boiler Systems, a leading manufacturer of boilers and energy recovery systems, has an opening for a Industrial Welding Trainer at their Stratford Ontario facility at 161 Lorne Ave., W, Stratford ON. Flexibility to work days, afternoons and weekend shifts dependent upon the required need.
The Industrial Weld Trainer is responsible for providing comprehensive hands-on and classroom training to welders, ensuring compliance with industry and customer requirements. This role involves developing and maintaining training materials, as well as offering technical support to the Fabrication Department. The Weld Trainer will contribute to the growth, skill enhancement, and quality assurance of the Welders while fostering a safety-conscious environment. This position involves direct interaction with employees and collaboration with other departments to ensure effective training and welding process implementation.
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 CAD per year
