Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the Service Manager and is responsible to diagnose and repair all used and new turf and compact construction equipment by completing the following:

• Inspect and test equipment, diagnosing faults and malfunctions
• Repair and replace mechanical units, test and adjust units to specifications
• Perform scheduled maintenance service
• Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
• Complete reports to record problems and work performed
• Deliver excellent customer service and work well in a team environment

Skills and Qualifications

• Small engine license (435A)
• 2-4 years of licensed experience working on equipment 
• Strong electrical and hydraulic system knowledge required
• Ability to utilize and learn new technology
• Computer proficient – internet, diagnostic programs/computers, etc.
• Valid drivers license
• Adherence to all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
• Flexible to work schedule and extended hours

Wage Range

• $25-$32 per hour
• Placement within the wage range is based on skills, experience and qualifications
• Applicants with more or less experience and qualifications may be place outside the wage range
