As Claims Domain Architect, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping our claims ecosystem. This is a highly influential architecture role focused on modernising legacy platforms, establishing clear domain boundaries, and enabling faster innovation across claims, data, and partner integrations. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, business leaders and transformation partners to deliver a scalable, resilient claims platform that supports PetSure’s growth.

What You’ll Do
- Define and own the target architecture for the claims domain
- Lead the progressive modernisation of legacy claims platforms
- Establish clear domain boundaries across the claims lifecycle
- Work across multiple brands, insurers, regions and VPMS’s
- Design and promote event-first architecture principles
- Enable real-time claims processing and partner integration
- Guide engineering teams in modern architectural patterns
- Bring architectural thinking, decision making and documentation
- Reduce architectural risk and technical debt
- Collaborate with security, risk and compliance teams
