Location: Wellington County, ON

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation: $50.00-$58.00/hour + Shift Premiums

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM

ABOUT THE ROLE

Worklynx Recruitment is currently hiring a Dual Ticket Maintenance Technician (433A/442A) for one of our clients located in Wellington County, Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, working independently, and contributing to a safety-focused manufacturing operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize production downtime
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility infrastructure
• Diagnose and repair motors, drives, controls, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems
• Complete inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability
• Perform equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades as required
• Utilize welding and fabrication equipment when necessary to complete repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with production, engineering, contractors, and fellow maintenance personnel
• Follow all company safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License
• Valid 442A Industrial Electrician License
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Manufacturing experience
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance
• Commitment to workplace safety

Preferred:

• Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting experience
• Automated manufacturing experience
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Blueprint reading
• Apprenticeship mentoring experience
