We are seeking motivated individuals for Electrician roles, ranging in experience from Electrical Apprentice to Red Seal Electrician, to join our team in Sussex, New Brunswick. These roles are ideal for skilled tradespersons who value safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork in a stable, professional work environment.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently as needed.
- Install wiring, control systems, lighting, and electrical panels.
- Test electrical systems and continuity using testing devices.
- Ensure all work complies with the Canadian Electrical Code, provincial regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational schedules and production goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Valid Red Seal Electrician certification (Interprovincial endorsement).
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
- 2+ years experience working in Electrical, or as an Electrical Helper.
- Block 1 (or more) of Electrical and/or Skilled Trade Qualifications are preferred.
- Valid Red Seal Carpenter certification (Interprovincial Endorsement) is an asset.

This is where our skilled employees precision-engineer modules (sections) of homes to be delivered to the home site, where they are then fitted together and roofing, siding, drywall and flooring are installed.
