You’ll tackle both preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime. This role suits someone proactive, adaptable and ready to make a real impact.
About you:
- A current NSW Electrical Licence and valid driver’s licence
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive mindset
- Clear, respectful communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A hands‑on, reliable approach with a proven work history
- Experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment (highly regarded)
- A strong commitment to safety, compliance and best practice
- Flexibility to support the business with occasional overtime or weekend work when required
