Established paving and asphalt maintenance company is looking for an experienced Asphalt Maintenance Crew Member with a valid AZ license to join our growing team.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals with experience in asphalt and road maintenance who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate AZ truck safely to and from job sites
• Perform asphalt maintenance work including:
• Pothole repairs
• Asphalt patching
• Crack sealing
• Line painting
• Seal coating
• Catch basin repairs
• Operate equipment and tools safely
• Assist crew with loading/unloading materials
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain clean equipment
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid AZ Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Experience in asphalt paving or maintenance preferred
• Ability to work long hours and overtime during busy season
• Reliable transportation to yard/shop
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team player with strong work ethic
