Description

Your new day’s work at a glance

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across the plant
  • Find, assess and fix electrical faults to keep equipment safe and operational
  • Implement and complete preventative maintenance in your assigned areas
  • Make sure all electrical work meets Australian Electrical Standards and site safety requirements
  • Work as part of the electrician team to support daily production and plant uptime
  • Take part in training and development to keep your skills current and support future opportunities


Skills And Experiences

You’ll need

  • Current trade qualification in Electrotechnology (Certificate III)
  • NSW electrical licence, or can transfer to one with ease
  • Experience working on planned and reactive maintenance in an industrial or plant environment (meat processing an advantage)
  • Confidence to organise your work, juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • Practical problemsolving skills and good judgement when dealing with electrical issues
  • Experience receiving and acting on work orders through a CMMS (highly preferred, not essential)
