You’ll need
- Current trade qualification in Electrotechnology (Certificate III)
- NSW electrical licence, or can transfer to one with ease
- Experience working on planned and reactive maintenance in an industrial or plant environment (meat processing an advantage)
- Confidence to organise your work, juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Practical problem‑solving skills and good judgement when dealing with electrical issues
- Experience receiving and acting on work orders through a CMMS (highly preferred, not essential)
