We offer clients advanced in-house engineering & design with 3D modeling, piloting, fabrication and machining, in-house control panel shop, and a full range of field services, allowing us to provide turn-key solutions. In our busy industry, we consistently manage a strong and steady backlog of work extending well beyond a year, which ensures a secure and reliable workflow.


We are seeking a qualified Junior Electrician to fill a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate must be a team player and have technical experience in industrial electrical and control wiring. The candidate must also have a great attention to detail and the ability to identify and solve potential problems. Join our team and thrive in a role that boasts a safe and clean indoor facility, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities including new machinery, overhead cranes and 15+ welding machines. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Install equipment as per the general arrangement drawings
  • Install conduit and cable as per electrical schematics
  • Assemble and wire custom control panels
  • Occasional Site work and associated travel
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a high standard of conduct in the shop.
  • Input weekly timesheets accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Any other assigned duties as required


Hours

7am - 3:30pm


Interfaces / Communications

  • External: None
  • Internal: Intermediate Electrician and Electrical Foreman



Skills

  • Basic understanding of tools



Qualifications

  • Education:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Accredited Trade school or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience: None
  • Certifications: None


HSE / Quality Responsibilities and Duties

  • Immediately report any accident / incident and collaborate in its investigation
  • Interrupt work when conditions are unsafe, create safe work environment when possible and report to upper management
  • Maintain orderly and clean work areas
  • Use and maintain in good condition the safety equipment, work tools and personal protective equipment for the group.
  • Work in a safe manner
