Licensed Industrial Electrician (442A) Location Wellington County, ON Job Type Full-Time, Permanent Compensation Approximately $45.00/hour + Shift Premiums Schedule Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours) About the Role Worklynx Recruitment is currently hiring a Licensed Industrial Electrician (442A) for one of our clients located in Wellington County, Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Industrial Electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and contributing to a strong safety-focused maintenance team. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, controls, and production equipment
• Diagnose faults within PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
• Conduct inspections and improve equipment reliability
• Maintain accurate CMMS records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with mechanical maintenance as required
• Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Valid 442A Industrial Electrician License
• Manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Allen Bradley PLC experience
• Blueprint reading
• Mechanical aptitude
• Apprenticeship mentoring experience What We Offer
